This beautiful old Bösendorfer grand piano needed new hammers. The piano played very lightly, and the owner wanted to maintain that feel. By using the Precision Touch Design method, we were able to select and calibrate the new hammers to achieve the correct weight curve. After that, the action was adjusted and the hammers were intonated.
