The customer purchased a used Blüthner grand piano that they wanted to have refurbished before it arrived at their home. The casing has been finished with a new polyester lacquer. The treble bridge has been replaced, the soundboard has been lacquered, and new strings have been installed. The hammers and shanks have been replaced, and the keys have been fitted with new felt. Everything has been balanced using Precision Touch Design.

Through our piano tuner Rani, we came into contact with this grand piano. It was a beautiful Blüthner, but it needed some work. Rani and Joachim took care of this with their extensive experience and knowledge, organizing and executing everything for us. The piano has been given a completely new finish, and all of the interior components, strings, felt, etc., have been replaced. The grand piano now looks as good as new and, thanks to the excellent work of Joachim and Rani, it has a fantastic sound with a very responsive touch.
